Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Enchanted Christmas Cinema is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you sign up for ticket news or visit our website, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you sign up for one of our venues, we collect your name and email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and your favourite Christmas film.

When you visit our website, we also collect information about how the site is used, such as the pages you view, through the analytics and advertising tools described below.

Why we collect it

To manage your sign-up and to let you know about tickets and screenings at the venue or venues you signed up for. We’ll only contact you about those screenings, nothing else. If you give us your phone number, we may also text you when tickets go live.

We use your favourite film to make our emails more relevant to you, for example by featuring that film when it’s showing at your venue.

Who we share it with

The venue you signed up for, so they can help fulfil your booking. We use a trusted third-party provider to send emails on our behalf. We never sell your information to anyone.

When you buy tickets, your booking is handled by the ticketing provider for that venue, and their own privacy policy applies to the details you give them.

Emails

Our emails record whether they have been opened and whether links in them have been clicked. This helps us avoid sending you things you’ve already seen. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.

Analytics and advertising

Our website uses Orb to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel to measure how well our adverts on Facebook and Instagram work. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to recognise your browser.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just email us at Hello@EnchantedChristmasCinema.co.uk.
